Services
Three services, each on a fixed fee
Each service has a defined scope. The fee for your wedding is fixed, quoted in writing after a call, and agreed before you commit, never a percentage of your budget. Each tier is everything in the one before it, plus the added scope.
Ceremony
You want the marriage itself to happen in Sicily, without every dinner and flower arranged. We handle the comune, the paperwork sequence, sworn translations, the declaration before the registrar, the interpreter, witnesses where needed, and the ceremony itself. Where you want them, we arrange the photographer, flowers and chairs.
With or without a celebration around it, so it works for an elopement or micro-wedding as well as a full wedding day.
Ceremony and Celebration
You want the marriage and the celebration in Sicily, without months of comparing venues and suppliers from the UK. Everything in Ceremony, plus the celebration found and booked: a shortlist of reception venues against your brief and budget, negotiation in Italian, menus and terms checked, and the suppliers lined up, from catering to music.
You contract and pay each supplier directly, at their real price.
The Whole Wedding
You want to enjoy planning your wedding without becoming its project manager. Full planning: design, budget, suppliers and the day itself, planned with you and delivered by a team we bring together around your wedding, with one point of contact throughout.
We take a small number of these a year.
How an engagement runs
Tell us what you're picturing
A WhatsApp message or a 30-minute introductory call: your date, your corner of Sicily, roughly how many guests.
We work out the route
We confirm what your comune requires, where the ceremony can legally happen, which service fits, and quote one fixed fee in writing.
You get married. We handle Sicily.
You make the decisions that feel like planning a wedding; we deal with the paperwork, the comune and the suppliers in Italian.
Around any service, add-ons are priced per item where you want them: welcome dinners, guest excursions, honeymoon planning, vow renewals, or a scoping visit to shortlisted venues.
Our services are for couples who want the legal marriage itself to happen in Sicily. If you are marrying legally in the UK and holding only the celebration on the island, that route will not need our legal coordination, and we will say so on the call and point you in the right direction.
What the ceremony itself costs
At the town hall and at the comune's own sites, the castles, cloisters and palazzi on the venues page, the comune's fee is the entire ceremony cost: from free to about €1,600 depending on the town and the day, with most towns nearer the bottom of that range than the top. The fee table has the current figures.
At a private venue the comune has authorised, a garden estate or a beach, the comune charges a small ceremony fee and the venue's own hire sits on top, usually the far larger figure. The venue entries on the venues page carry the hire ranges each publishes.
The paperwork itself is modest by wedding standards: register office notice for the certificate of no impediment, the sworn declaration, the apostille and the sworn translations together typically run to a few hundred pounds, not thousands.
Talk it through
Tell us what you're picturing: where in Sicily, roughly when, and whether you want the marriage itself to happen there. We'll talk through how it would work, what it's likely to cost, and what to do next.
